It’s time for another round of Adorable Adoptables! I met all these amazing dogs this month at the Hamilton-Burlington SPCA. If you are looking for a dog, please give the SPCA a visit. They have so many different types of dogs there, all the time, from great-big Mastiffs to teeny-tiny pugs. You can almost always find just the right dog for you and, at the same time, save a life. There is an expression I’ve heard, and I’m sorry I don’t know where it came from, but it goes…”Until there are none, save one“. I think this is a great way of looking at it. If we all took a small part in saving these dogs – giving a good, forever home, to just one – we could help spread the word that there is nothing wrong with a shelter animal (encouraging others to adopt, as well), and the number of these poor lost souls, stuck in kennels day after day, would be drastically reduced. So, if you know of anyone who is looking to add a member to their pack, please show them these beautiful dogs and ask them to give our local animal rescue a visit. Thanks.
